We recommend at least 2 weeks notice for most office events. For large events over 200 people or events during peak summer months, 3–4 weeks is ideal. That said, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability — don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is next week.
Our minimum is 25 guests. We serve office events ranging from small team lunches (25–50 people) all the way up to large all-hands celebrations (500+ employees). Every package is customized to your headcount.
Both options are available. Most of our packages include a uniformed Shaka Froyo team member who manages the station throughout the event. We also offer self-serve setups for certain froyo bar configurations. Let us know your preference when you request a quote.
Our commercial soft serve machines require a standard 120V/20A outlet. Most office buildings and corporate campuses easily accommodate this. For outdoor events, we can also bring our own generator — just let us know your setup and we will handle it.

For events within our primary service area (Southwest Riverside County and most of San Diego County) there is no travel fee. For events further out, a modest travel fee may apply. We will always be upfront about this in your quote before you commit to anything.
